All Is Love

Dress - Asos
Shoes - Brantano
Bag - H&M
Floral Headband - Crown and Glory
Necklace - vintage fair

I love Valentine's Day because of all the heart shaped items that hit the shelves. I am obsessed! If something is heart shaped and cheap I'll most likely be taking it to the till. I came across so many heart shaped novelties this year and the other week I bought heart shaped champagne flutes, balloons, and sparklers. I used the sparklers in the cake I made for myself my boyfriend which had a big purple heart on it made out of sprinkles which we then ate off heart shaped plates with a heart print on them, bet you are starting to get the idea now! Along with cake we drank out of our champagne flutes. I had Vimto in mine and he had milk in his because obviously we are adults. He bought me this adorable bag which I have wanted for so long. Hope everyone enjoyed their valentine's day and got to spend it how you wanted :)

I had this dress bookmarked for a while so when it into sale I had to get it even though it didn't have a lot off it. I'm glad I did as I love the colour, shape and fit plus it has a collar so that ticks off all my dress boxes! These shoes are from last summer and the little silver heel is just enough to make them not completely flat but still have the same look. The headband is from Crown and Glory and when there was a sale on it was in the basket quicker than you could say...well anything really. I thought this would satisfy my flowery hair needs but now there's new styles being added and I want them in all the colours!

We could be spectacular.

Dress - H! By Henry Holland
Cardigan - F+F
Boots - Matalan
Bag - Aldo

The eternal struggle continues of trying to take decent outfit photos inside only using household lamps and editing. I can't wait until it gets darker later in the evenings instead of 3pm when it's raining. I've been on the hunt for a tartan dress for awhile but when i find any there are always sold out in my size. This dress was another recent sale find that i had my eye on for a while. It is probably more on the checkered side than tartan but for now it fills the void. It's a loose fit smock and is very light but that just means I can wear it in summer too. The bag was a Christmas present and thought I should include as it is my everyday bag. It's got so much room inside and lots of compartments.

How amazing is this necklace?! I love Disney's Up! I even have a toy Dug :) He's a talking retriever how could I not love him. Back in October I went to Belfast for the weekend to see one my favourite bands The Answer. I've been following to various cities since 2006. I'm seeing them again in Edinburgh next week on their new tour. I knew that I had to go to the St George's Market on the Sunday to get one of Claire's amazing cupcakes that I see all over my Instagram each week. It was the first time I've ever met anyone from a blog that I read. I was nervous and when get even more shy but she is very lovely and friendly. The cupcake I had was amazing! I didn't get a box (or five) only because I had too much to carry already and I knew I would be bored on my travels back home later that day and gobble them all. Anyway, when looking up what else was at the market I found HearHoofbeatsThinkZebras and when I saw this necklace I HAD to have one! I also got a grape soda badge necklace too.
